training..
every tuesdae is seniors's training.. sec ones do not have to come.
pls rmb to bring knee guards and shoes..

every thursdae is mix. which means both sec ones and twos have to come!

as for fridae, i'll be only sec ones. sec twos, if eu wanna join, feel free to.

so...there's training tmr! get it? haha!
be in school by 1.30pm to set up the net before 2pm.
and dun be late! or else!!! punishment lor!
wanna noe wad punishment? den be late for training and euu'll have a taste of wad the punishment is lerh. muahaha!

-sleeping bag
-volleyball shoes
-knee guard(sec 2s)
-at least 3 shirts( 2 PE shirts, 1/2 home clothes)
-at least 3 shorts
-undergarments(u want bring how many, ur own problem) (;
-toothpaste
-toothbrush
-shampoo(optional)
-soap(must!)
-facial wash(optional)
-at least 1 bathing towel
-handphone charger

i tink that's all.
and bring urself! hahas.

Hmm..as coach's complaining abt mii not posting here..
so i came to update abit..

3rd June, Wednesday - Friendly Match against ACJC. Be in school by 2pm.
*Nets to be set up & Balls accounted for..
4th & 5th June, Thursday & Friday - Volleyball camp. 2daes 1nite. Be in school by 8.30am.
*Important stuffs to bring: Sleeping bag, Volleyball shoe, Knee guards, Toiletries & etc.. For those who are bringing their fone, rmb to bring charges! ((;
Trainings for this week is during camp.. no other days..

**Guys, Im really sorrie for not being able to participate on wednesdae's frenly match.. I've got AYG training to attend.. im sorrie.. i really wanted to be there.. but i cant. AYG training's compulsory.. Hope euu guys will do equally well as if im around.. jiay0us guys! im sure euu guys can do it without mii too! jiay0us!! ((; gimme some gud news after miie training! i will be waiting for ur gud news! and oso, i will be supporting euu guys on miie mind! so must win kays? rmb wad coach has taught us! put it to use! jiay0us! the training camp has been changed to 3rd, 4th & 5th of june.

and next week's training is tuesdae, thursdae and friday.

im busy though. and has a serious STM.
so i tend to forget abt this blog. hehe. ><

Tuesday (Sec 2s only) 2.30pm - 5.30pm
Thursday (Sec 1s and 2s) 2.30pm - 5.30pm
Friday (Sec 1s) 2pm - 5.30pm

HEYYOOS guys! haha. i noe this blog is turning rusty soon. as im the onli 1 updating it. nobody wans to help mii aniwae. pathetic huh? haha! k..now...the vb training daes have changed. from 2daes a week to 3dae a week.
Sec 2s and above:
Mondae: 2.30pm to 5.30pm
Thursdae: 2.30pm to 5.30pm (for the sec 2s tat have enrichment prog, come after tat.)
Fridae: 3pm to 5.30pm

Sec 1s:
Tuesdae: 3pm to 4.30pm
Thursdae: 3.pm to 4.30pm.

tat's all i have to sae. ps: idk whether i timing is correct anot. but got 3/4 of it is right. haha!! XD i'll try to go it right and change it asap. haha. buhhbye~

heyyoos guys. this blog is dying soon. haha. turning rusty huh? so i came to revive it. haha. lols. n yeah, both boiis n gals lost in all of the matches. but it's okay. we'll do better for next year man! haha. n ytd had vb training for the sec ones. Thanks those who came to help out. (Jiamin, Huiling, Huitian, Li Rong, Huiqi, Liyang, Kun Zhen, Faiz, Nixon, Wee Lin n MII!) haha. lols. n yeah, shocking. more than 10 sec ones joined. woo! haha. lols. haha. okay, next training is on mondae. n we'll may have 3 trainings every week. MAYBE onli. mr pang haven tell us. but the coach wish tat we'll have training for 3 daes every week. hopefully every1 can cope wif it. i'll stop here den. haha. have a nice dae! n HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAE!! HAHA.

heyyoos guys! im back here to post again. okay. sorrie for not posting. dun worry, it wont turn rusty derh. haha! lols. k, last fridae, we had our match against yuhua sec. we lost. but we did improved. our 1st match, we got less than 5scores for both halfs. but this time? we got 12 for the 1st half n 13 for the 2nd half. improved alot huh? so tmr's match, we'll try our utmost best to win!! woo! haha. okay! GALS! JIAY0US FOR TMR'S MATCH! GO! GO! GO! same goes to the boiis. JIAY0US VOLLEYBALLERS! 1st round:

and yeah..the boiis lost...but it's okay! next week we're having a tournament already.

so this fridae's training is 2.30pm for the gals.
as for the boiis, most of them are at camp.
so it's up to them whether they wanna come for training after they came back from camp.
but it would b the best if euu guys could attend as tournament is juz a week away.
so gud luck n all the best for the tournaments volleyballers! try ur best aites?

Hii my dear boys and gals...

Today all of you have played very well in the friendly match. I know the coach can be quite fierce sometimes but he is fierce for your own good. He wants to see all of you showing your best! He knows all of you can perform better but maybe because under competition stress you all under performed. Don't worry, take it as an experience, we all learn from experiences. It is perfectly alright to make mistakes, but don't make it twice, learn from it and don't make the same mistake again ok??

Remember if your teacher or coach stop scolding you and stop giving you comments and advices that means he or she has given up on you. So take things positively, receive the comments and advices with an open mind. Just do your very best alright! I believe all of you are not someone who are so easily defeated, GO GO GO !! And strive for your best!!
